CroatiaMedicine does not represent a formal list of medical services in Croatia, and it does not include a comprehensive list of employees in the medical sector.

COPYRIGTH AND OTHER RIGHTS

Layout, texts, program development, database, pictures are considered to be an integral part of the page. Invita d.o.o. holds a copyright on the layout and content of the web page, and on the released databases.

Without granted permission it is forbidden to reproduce, change, distribute or to give access to information about CroatiaMedicine.

As long as the law permits it, Invita d.o.o. is not to be held responsible for any damage caused directly or indirectly by the use of CroatiaMedicine, especially for the damage caused by relying on the accuracy and/or comprehensiveness of information, advice and/or recommendations published on CroatiaMedicine.

MEDICAL MISTAKE

Invita d.o.o. is not to be held responsible for the damage caused by a medical mistake made by the listed doctors or any other mistake of the listed medical personnel.

One of the basic principles of Invita d.o.o. is the protection of personal data of its users, and it guarantees discretion, as well as legal, technical and organizational protection of the data.

All the personal data on CroatiaMedicine is published only with the explicit consent of those persons.

Publishers are obliged to give accurate and current information, and the feed in of data and changes are made in due time, however there is a possibility that some of the information are not accurate due to the oversight of publishers or some other person. CHANGES OF CONTENT

Invita d.o.o. will take into consideration that the change or adding of new content on CroatiaMedicine can lead to difficulties or harder accessibility to the pages, therefore such actions will generally take place in the period between nine p.m. and six a.m. on the week day, and on Sundays and holidays.

CHOSEN LAW
Paragraph 9.

Invita d.o.o. will apply a material law of the Republic of Croatia to all the relations that emerged from the use of CroatiaMedicine, leaving out the provisions of the international private law.

JURISDICTION
Paragraph 10.

All the litigations caused by the use of CroatiaMedicine are under the Zadar jurisdiction.

DOMINANT VERSION
Paragraph 11.

Should there be any contradictions or differences between the language variants of the general terms of usage, we shall use a Croatian version of those terms. Croatian will also use should there arise any need for interpretation.

CHANGES OF CONTENT
Paragraph 12.

Invita d.o.o. holds the rights to change the general terms of usage without previous notice. Every change will be published on the Internet address www.croatiamedicine.com and it will be applied from the moment it is published.
